The open positions – Lands Conservation Program Manager and Membership & Development Coordinator – are ideally suited for individuals with a diverse set of skills, a talent for multi-tasking and working independently, and an ability to thrive in ESLT’s fast-paced, dynamic office environment here in Bishop, CA.

The Lands Conservation Program Manager will be a full-time staff member committed to leading ESLT’s efforts to identify opportunities to protect land in the region and execute land transactions that will preserve the Eastern Sierra’s natural and agricultural values. He or she will work closely with landowners and will collaborate with State and Federal agencies and land conservation entities to manage fee title and conservation easement projects and secure necessary funding. The Membership & Development Coordinator will be a part-time position, or full-time for the right candidate. This person will be responsible for leading ESLT’s membership program and organizational fundraising strategies, including membership management and cultivation, donor database management, major donor and foundation research, special events, planned giving, and business sponsorships. Salary for both positions is commensurate with experience and skills, with paid leave and health benefits. Both positions will be open until filled.
